RK M420 Standard Roller Chain, 136 Links (M420-136)

The RK M420-136 Standard Roller Chain is engineered for dependable power transmission in demanding equipment and machinery applications. Manufactured from heat-treated medium carbon alloy steel, this chain delivers a strong balance of durability, wear resistance, and reliable operating performance. The 136-link configuration provides a practical replacement solution for compatible drive systems requiring consistent chain engagement and smooth motion.
All components are heat-treated and shot-peened to improve strength and help withstand repeated loading, vibration, and normal operating stress. Four-point pin riveting reinforces the connection between the pins and plates, while solid rollers support smooth interaction with sprocket teeth and help promote dependable performance over time. These construction features make the RK M420-136 a suitable choice for maintenance, repair, and replacement applications where reliable standard roller chain performance is required.
The chain includes a clip connecting link for convenient installation and service. Verify sprocket compatibility, chain series, and required link count before installation. Use proper alignment, lubrication, and tensioning procedures to help maximize service life. With its heat-treated construction and precise component design, the RK M420-136 provides a durable, service-ready solution for compatible industrial and mechanical drive systems.
