TM Designworks Blue Chain Guide for Yamaha (YZCG-SX5-BU)

The T.M. Designworks YZCG-SX5-BU Chain Guide is engineered for Yamaha motocross and off-road motorcycles that demand dependable chain control under hard riding conditions. Its exclusive RMS (Return Memory System) plastic formula helps the guide return to its centered position after impact, supporting consistent chain alignment and reducing the likelihood of damage during aggressive riding.
The guide features integrated UV protection designed to help resist color fading, preserving its blue finish through repeated exposure to sunlight and outdoor conditions. An oil additive in the material helps reduce friction between the chain and guide, promoting smooth chain movement and supporting long-term component performance. This combination of impact recovery, durability, and low-friction operation makes the T.M. Designworks YZCG-SX5-BU a practical upgrade for riders seeking reliable drivetrain protection.
T.M. Designworks chain guides are trusted by more factory race teams than competing rear chain guides, reflecting the brand’s focus on race-ready design and proven performance. The YZCG-SX5-BU is identified by part number YZCG-SX5-BU and is finished in blue for a clean, high-performance appearance. Verify motorcycle fitment before installation to ensure compatibility with your specific Yamaha model and year.
