TM Designworks Chain Guide, Blue for KTM and Husqvarna (KHCG-SX6-BL2)

The T.M. Designworks KHCG-SX6-BL2 Chain Guide is engineered for KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles, providing dependable chain control for motocross, off-road, and high-performance riding. Its exclusive RMS (Return Memory System) plastic formula helps the guide return to center after impact, supporting consistent chain alignment and reducing the risk of chain derailment during aggressive riding.
The guide is manufactured with integrated UV protection to help resist color fading and maintain its blue finish through repeated outdoor use. An oil additive in the plastic formula helps reduce friction between the chain and guide, promoting smooth chain movement and supporting long-term component durability. This combination of impact recovery, friction reduction, and UV resistance makes the KHCG-SX6-BL2 a practical upgrade for demanding riding conditions.
T.M. Designworks chain guides are used by more factory race teams than competing rear chain guides, reflecting the brand’s focus on performance-driven design and reliable track service. The KHCG-SX6-BL2 is an application-specific replacement component intended for compatible KTM and Husqvarna models. Verify motorcycle fitment before installation and follow the manufacturer’s service recommendations for proper setup and maintenance.
