TM Designworks Chain Guide for Yamaha, Black (RCG-YSM-BK)

The T.M. Designworks RCG-YSM-BK Chain Guide is designed for Yamaha riders who demand dependable chain control in challenging riding conditions. Its exclusive RMS (Return Memory System) plastic formula helps the guide return to its center position after impact, supporting consistent chain alignment and reducing the chance of guide displacement during aggressive riding. Finished in black, this chain guide delivers functional performance with a clean, race-ready appearance.
The guide features integrated UV protection to help resist color fading caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight. An oil additive in the plastic formula helps reduce friction between the chain guide and chain, supporting smooth operation and minimizing unnecessary drag. These material enhancements are intended to provide reliable service through demanding trail, motocross, and off-road use.
T.M. Designworks chain guides are used by more factory race teams than other rear chain guides, reflecting the brand’s focus on durable materials and competition-oriented design. The RCG-YSM-BK is a practical replacement or upgrade for compatible Yamaha applications and is identified by part number RCG-YSM-BK. Verify motorcycle fitment before installation to ensure proper compatibility with your specific model and year.
