Vertex Piston Kit, 66.35 mm for Honda CR250R (22387B)

Restore dependable engine performance with the Vertex 22387B Piston Kit for Honda CR250R applications. This cast OE replacement piston is manufactured from gravity-cast aluminum alloy with 18% silicone content, providing a durable and consistent foundation for engine rebuilding. The piston is heat treated using a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle to support strength, reliability, and service life under demanding operating conditions.
The piston skirt features a high-tech molybdenum disulfide coating designed to promote faster break-in and help reduce friction during initial operation. This coating also contributes to increased piston life when the engine is properly assembled, lubricated, and maintained. The 66.35 mm piston size is engineered for compatible Honda CR250R engine applications and should be verified against the original equipment specifications before installation.
Each Vertex 22387B kit includes the components needed for a complete piston replacement, including the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips. The included components help simplify the rebuilding process while supporting proper fitment and reliable performance. Follow the applicable Honda service procedures and verify clearance, ring placement, and component compatibility during installation.
