Vertex Piston Kit for KTM 200SX, 63.95 mm (22925B)

The Vertex 22925B Piston Kit is designed as a cast original-equipment replacement for the KTM 200SX. Manufactured from gravity-cast aluminum alloy with an 18% silicone content, this piston supports dependable performance and compatibility for engine rebuilds and top-end maintenance. Its OE-style cast construction provides a practical replacement solution for riders and technicians seeking a properly matched piston kit.
The piston is heat treated using a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle to improve material strength and durability under demanding operating conditions. The piston skirt features a high-tech molybdenum disulfide coating that helps promote faster break-in and contributes to extended piston life. This coating supports smoother initial operation while helping reduce friction during the critical early hours after installation.
The Vertex piston kit includes the primary components needed for installation, including the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips. Designed for the KTM 200SX, the 63.95 mm piston size makes this kit suitable for replacing worn or damaged top-end components when the cylinder condition and application specifications are properly verified. Use the Vertex part number 22925B to help confirm fitment before ordering or installation.
