Vertex Forged High-Compression Piston Kit, 95.97 mm for Suzuki RM-Z/RMX450 (23378B)

Upgrade engine performance and durability with the Vertex 23378B Forged High-Compression Piston Kit for select Suzuki RM-Z and RMX450 applications. Manufactured for demanding off-road and racing environments, this piston is designed to improve power and torque throughout the engine’s full RPM range while supporting reliable operation under high loads.
The piston is heat-treated using a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle to enhance strength and resistance to wear. Its skirt features a high-tech molybdenum disulfide coating that helps reduce friction, promotes faster break-in, and contributes to extended piston life. The 95.97 mm piston diameter is engineered for compatible Suzuki RM-Z and RMX450 engine applications, helping deliver consistent fit and performance when installed with the correct supporting components.
This complete Vertex piston kit includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips for a convenient rebuild solution. Each component is selected to work together as part of a dependable replacement assembly, helping simplify installation during scheduled maintenance or engine performance upgrades. Verify vehicle fitment, bore requirements, and manufacturer specifications before installation to ensure proper compatibility and clearance.
