Vertex Forged Piston Kit for Husqvarna TC/TE 250, 78.96 mm (23599B)

The Vertex 23599B Piston Kit is designed for Husqvarna TC and TE 250 applications requiring dependable replacement performance and OE-stock compression. Forged construction provides strength and durability for demanding off-road and motocross use, while the heat-treated piston undergoes a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle to support reliable operation under high engine temperatures and loads.
The piston skirt features a high-tech molybdenum disulfide coating that helps promote faster break-in and reduce friction during initial operation. This coating also supports increased piston life by helping protect the skirt through repeated reciprocating movement. The 78.96 mm piston size is engineered for compatible Husqvarna TC/TE 250 engine applications, making this kit a practical choice for engine rebuilding or replacement.
Each Vertex 23599B kit includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips needed for installation. Components are matched for the intended application to help simplify service and support consistent engine performance. Verify model-year compatibility and engine specifications before installation to ensure the correct fit. Follow the manufacturer’s service procedures for piston clearance, ring positioning, wrist-pin installation, and final assembly.
