Vertex Forged Piston Kit, 76.96 mm for Kawasaki KX250F (23646B)

The Vertex 23646B Piston Kit is a forged OE replacement designed for Kawasaki KX250F engines. Built to match original-equipment specifications, this replica piston kit supports reliable engine performance, consistent fitment, and dependable service for powersports applications. The kit provides a practical replacement solution when refreshing the top end or restoring engine performance.
The piston is heat-treated using an A-T5 hardening and tempering cycle to help improve strength and durability under demanding operating conditions. Its skirt features a molybdenum disulfide coating that promotes faster break-in and helps reduce friction during initial operation. This treatment also contributes to extended piston life when the component is installed and maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Each Vertex 23646B kit includes the forged piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips required for installation. The replica piston and included rings are designed as OEM replacements, helping simplify the rebuild process while maintaining compatibility with the Kawasaki KX250F application. Verify year, model, and engine specifications before ordering to ensure proper fitment.
