Vertex Forged Big Bore Piston Kit, 79.96 mm, Kawasaki KX250F (23654B)

Upgrade your Kawasaki KX250F with the Vertex 23654B Forged Big Bore Piston Kit, engineered to increase engine displacement, torque, and peak horsepower. This forged, OE-stock-compression piston provides a performance-focused replacement designed for reliable operation in demanding motocross and off-road applications. Its 79.96 mm piston size supports a precise fit for compatible Kawasaki KX250F engines.
The piston is heat-treated using a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle to enhance strength, durability, and resistance to the stresses of high-performance engine operation. The piston skirt features a high-tech molybdenum disulfide coating that helps reduce friction during initial operation, promotes faster break-in, and contributes to extended piston life. These design features help support consistent performance and dependable service when the engine is properly assembled and maintained.
This Vertex piston kit includes the essential components needed for installation, including the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips. The OE-stock compression design helps maintain practical engine compatibility while the big bore configuration delivers increased displacement and improved power potential. Verify engine year, model, bore specifications, and installation requirements before ordering to ensure proper fitment for your Kawasaki KX250F.
