Vertex Forged Piston Kit 77.97 mm for Husaberg, Husqvarna and KTM (23757B)

The Vertex 23757B Piston Kit is a forged original-equipment replacement designed for select Husaberg, Husqvarna, and KTM applications. Built to replicate OE specifications, this piston supports dependable engine performance, consistent fitment, and long-term durability for riders and technicians completing a top-end rebuild or piston replacement.
The piston is heat-treated using an A-T5 hardening and tempering cycle to improve material strength and resistance to operating stresses. Its skirt features a molybdenum disulfide coating that helps reduce friction during initial operation, promotes a faster break-in period, and contributes to extended piston life. This combination of forged construction and surface treatment is suited to demanding off-road and performance-focused engine environments.
The Vertex 23757B kit includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips, providing the key components needed for installation. The piston and included rings are designed as OEM replacement components, helping simplify service preparation while maintaining compatibility with the intended engine configuration. Always verify the application and service requirements before installation to ensure proper clearance, ring placement, and break-in procedures.
