Vertex Forged Piston Kit, 94.95 mm for GasGas, Husqvarna and KTM (24099A)

The Vertex 24099A Piston Kit is a forged original-equipment replacement designed for select GasGas, Husqvarna, and KTM applications. Built to deliver dependable performance and long service life, this replica piston provides a quality replacement solution for engine rebuilds and top-end service. The kit is engineered to match OEM replacement standards, helping support proper fitment and reliable operation when paired with compatible engine components.
The piston is heat-treated using a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle to improve material strength and durability under demanding engine conditions. Its skirt features a molybdenum disulfide coating that helps reduce friction during initial operation, supports faster break-in, and contributes to extended piston life. These treatments make the Vertex piston well suited for riders and technicians seeking consistent performance from a replacement top-end component.
This complete Vertex piston kit includes the forged piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips, providing the primary parts needed for installation. The piston and included rings are designed as OEM replacements, helping simplify the rebuilding process while maintaining compatibility with the specified application. Verify engine fitment and installation requirements before ordering to ensure the 94.95 mm piston size and Vertex part number 24099A match your vehicle.
