Vertex Forged Piston Kit, 94.96 mm for GasGas, Husqvarna and KTM (24099B)

Upgrade your motorcycle engine with the Vertex 24099B Forged Piston Kit, designed as a forged original-equipment replacement for select GasGas, Husqvarna, and KTM applications. This kit provides a reliable replacement solution for riders and technicians seeking OE-style fit, performance, and durability during engine rebuilding or top-end service.
The piston is heat-treated using a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle to improve strength and resistance to operating stresses. Its skirt features a molybdenum disulfide coating that helps promote faster break-in and supports extended piston life by reducing friction during initial operation. The forged construction is engineered for dependable performance in demanding off-road and powersports applications.
The Vertex 24099B piston and included rings are designed as OEM replacements, helping simplify installation and maintain proper engine function when used with compatible components. The complete piston kit includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips, providing the essential parts needed for a professional top-end rebuild.
