Vertex Forged Piston Kit, 76.96 mm for Kawasaki KX250F (24267B)

Restore reliable engine performance with the Vertex 24267B Forged Piston Kit, engineered as a forged original-equipment replacement for select Kawasaki KX250F applications. This complete piston kit is designed to provide dependable fit, consistent performance, and durable service for engine rebuilding or top-end maintenance.
The piston is heat-treated using an A-T5 hardening and tempering cycle to improve strength and resistance to operating stress. Its skirt features a molybdenum disulfide coating that helps reduce friction during initial operation, supports faster break-in, and contributes to extended piston life. The forged construction provides a strong, precise replacement solution for riders and technicians seeking OEM-equivalent performance.
The Vertex 24267B kit includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips, providing the essential components needed for installation. The piston and included rings are manufactured as OEM replacements, helping simplify the rebuild process while maintaining compatibility with the intended Kawasaki KX250F application. Always verify year, model, and manufacturer specifications before installation.
