Vertex Case-Hardened Wrist Pin (711127)

The Vertex 711127 Wrist Pin is engineered for reliable performance in demanding engine applications. Its case-hardened construction features a nitride coating that creates a durable, wear-resistant surface while maintaining the dimensional integrity of the pin. This manufacturing process achieves the desired surface hardness without quenching, helping reduce the risk of distortion during production.
The hardened surface provides excellent resistance to wear and helps protect against galling in high-friction operating conditions. This supports consistent wrist pin movement and dependable connection between the piston and connecting rod, making the Vertex 711127 a practical choice for engine rebuilding, repair, and performance applications.
Designed for installers and engine builders who require dependable component durability, the Vertex 711127 combines surface hardness with resistance to common forms of friction-related damage. Verify application compatibility before installation to ensure proper fit and performance.
