Vertex Piston Ring Set, 81.00 mm Outer Diameter for +3.00 mm Big Bore Piston (590281000001)

Restore dependable engine performance with the VERTEX Piston Ring Set, Part 590281000001. Designed for use with a +3.00 mm big bore piston, this replacement ring set provides a precise fit for compatible applications and supports efficient compression within the cylinder. The 81.00 mm outer diameter is engineered to match the specified piston configuration, helping maintain reliable sealing and consistent engine operation.
The rings are available with a nitride coating or chrome plating, depending on the application and supplied configuration. These surface treatments are designed to improve wear resistance and support extended service life under demanding engine conditions. By helping reduce gas leakage past the piston and maintain compression, the VERTEX ring set can contribute to responsive performance, stable power delivery, and efficient combustion when properly installed with compatible components.
Use the VERTEX 590281000001 piston ring set as a replacement during engine rebuilding, piston service, or top-end maintenance. Always verify application compatibility, piston specifications, ring orientation, cylinder condition, and installation clearances before assembly. Correct honing, cleaning, lubrication, and break-in procedures are essential for achieving proper seating and long-term durability. This set is intended for qualified installation and should be selected according to the manufacturer’s recommended piston and cylinder configuration.
