Vertex Top End Piston Kit, 66.35 mm for Honda CR250R (VTK22581B)

Restore reliable top-end performance with the Vertex VTK22581B Top End Piston Kit for Honda CR250R models. This cast OE replacement piston is manufactured from gravity-cast aluminum alloy with an 18% silicone content, providing a durable and dependable solution for engine rebuilding and maintenance. The piston is designed for a precise fit and consistent performance in demanding motocross and off-road applications.
The piston features a T-5 heat-treatment cycle that hardens and tempers the material for improved strength and durability. Its skirt is finished with a high-tech molybdenum disulfide coating, helping reduce friction during initial operation for faster break-in and extended piston life. This coating supports smooth movement within the cylinder while helping protect critical engine components during the early stages of service.
The Vertex VTK22581B kit includes the essential components needed for a complete top-end installation, including the piston, piston rings, wrist pins, circlips, top-end gaskets, and wrist pin bearing. Designed as an OE replacement-style kit, it helps simplify the rebuilding process while ensuring the related components are matched for proper installation. Verify model-year compatibility and cylinder specifications before ordering to confirm the correct application for your Honda CR250R.
