Vertex Top End Piston Kit, 66.36 mm for Kawasaki KX250 (VTK22795B)

Restore reliable top-end performance with the Vertex VTK22795B Top End Piston Kit for Kawasaki KX250 models. Designed as a cast OE replacement piston, this kit provides a practical solution for engine rebuilding and routine top-end service while maintaining dependable fit and performance. The piston is manufactured from gravity-cast aluminum alloy with 18% silicone content for a durable, application-focused design.
The piston receives a T-5 heat-treating cycle that combines hardening and tempering to support strength and service life under demanding operating conditions. Its skirt features a high-tech molybdenum disulfide coating that helps reduce friction during initial operation, promotes faster break-in, and contributes to increased piston life when properly installed and maintained.
The Vertex VTK22795B kit includes the essential components needed for a complete top-end installation, including the piston, piston rings, wrist pins, circlips, top-end gaskets, and wrist pin bearing. This comprehensive configuration helps simplify parts selection and supports an efficient rebuild for Kawasaki KX250 engines. Always verify model-year compatibility and follow the manufacturer’s installation, clearance, and break-in procedures before use.
