Vertex Top End Piston Kit for Suzuki RM125, 53.96 mm (VTK22998B)

Restore reliable top-end performance with the Vertex VTK22998B Top End Piston Kit for Suzuki RM125 applications. This cast OE replacement piston is manufactured from gravity-cast aluminum alloy with 18% silicone content, providing a durable and dependable solution for engine rebuilding and routine top-end service. The 53.96 mm piston is designed as a direct replacement-style component for compatible Suzuki RM125 engines.
The piston receives a T-5 heat-treating cycle that combines hardening and tempering for improved strength and durability under demanding operating conditions. Its skirt features a high-tech molybdenum disulfide coating designed to support faster break-in and help extend piston service life. This coating also promotes smooth operation during the initial running period when properly installed and lubricated according to the manufacturer’s service procedures.
The Vertex VTK22998B kit includes the essential components needed for a complete top-end installation, including the piston, piston rings, wrist pins, circlips, top-end gaskets, and wrist pin bearing. Supplying these parts together helps simplify the rebuild process and supports proper component compatibility. Verify engine specifications, piston clearance, and fitment before installation to ensure the kit matches your Suzuki RM125 application.
