Vertex Top-End Piston Kit, 66.34 mm for GasGas, Husqvarna and KTM (VTK23630A-3)

The Vertex VTK23630A-3 Top-End Piston Kit is designed as a reliable cast original-equipment replacement for select GasGas, Husqvarna and KTM engines. Manufactured from gravity-cast aluminum alloy with an 18% silicon content, this piston is engineered to provide dependable performance and durability for top-end engine service and replacement applications.
The piston undergoes a T-5 heat-treating cycle that includes hardening and tempering to improve material strength and service life. Its skirt features a high-tech molybdenum disulfide coating, helping reduce friction during initial operation, support faster break-in, and promote extended piston life. The 66.34 mm piston size is suited for compatible applications requiring a precise replacement component.
This Vertex top-end kit includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pins, circlips, top-end gaskets, and a wrist-pin bearing for a comprehensive engine rebuild solution. By supplying the primary components needed for piston replacement in one kit, the VTK23630A-3 helps simplify installation and supports consistent fitment when servicing compatible GasGas, Husqvarna and KTM models. Confirm engine application and manufacturer specifications before installation.
