Vertex Top-End Piston Kit, 66.35 mm for GasGas, Husqvarna and KTM (VTK23630B-3)

The Vertex VTK23630B-3 top-end piston kit is designed as a reliable OE replacement for select GasGas, Husqvarna, and KTM applications. This kit includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, circlips, top-end gaskets, and wrist pin bearing, providing the primary components needed for a complete top-end service. Its gravity-cast aluminum alloy construction delivers dependable performance and includes an 18% silicone content for durability and consistent operation.
The piston features a T-5 heat-treatment cycle that hardens and tempers the material for improved strength and service life. The piston skirt is finished with a high-tech molybdenum disulfide coating, helping reduce friction during initial operation while supporting faster break-in and increased piston longevity. These design features make the Vertex piston kit a practical choice for restoring top-end performance in compatible engines.
Designed for applications requiring a 66.35 mm piston, the Vertex VTK23630B-3 kit combines OE-style fitment with carefully selected materials and included installation components. Verify vehicle and engine compatibility before installation, and follow the manufacturer’s service procedures for piston clearance, ring placement, gasket installation, and break-in. With its complete component package and durable cast construction, this Vertex top-end kit supports a precise and efficient engine rebuild.
