Vertex Top-End Piston Kit for Kawasaki KX250F, 3.03 in Bore (VTKTC23259B-1)

Upgrade the top end of your Kawasaki KX250F with the Vertex VTKTC23259B-1 Top-End Piston Kit. Designed as a forged OEM replacement, this kit is manufactured from durable 2618 aluminum to provide reliable performance for demanding off-road riding and motocross applications. The forged construction supports strength and durability under high-temperature engine conditions while maintaining the fit and performance characteristics expected from a quality replacement piston.
The piston receives a T-5 heat-treatment cycle, including hardening and tempering, to improve material durability and resistance to operating stresses. Its skirt is coated with high-tech molybdenum disulfide, helping reduce friction during initial operation for faster break-in and supporting extended piston life. This combination of heat treatment, forged aluminum construction, and skirt coating provides a dependable solution for restoring top-end performance.
This Vertex top-end piston kit is supplied with the essential components needed for installation, including the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, circlips, top-end gaskets, and cam chain. The 3.03-inch piston diameter is engineered for compatibility with the specified Kawasaki KX250F application. Verify the motorcycle model, year, bore specification, and service requirements before installation to ensure proper fitment and assembly.
