Vertex Top-End Piston Kit for Kawasaki KX250F (VTKTC23259B)

The Vertex VTKTC23259B Top-End Piston Kit is a forged OEM-replacement solution designed for Kawasaki KX250F applications. Built from durable 2618 aluminum, this forged piston is engineered to provide dependable performance and strength for demanding four-stroke motocross use. Its heat-treated construction uses a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle to improve durability and help the piston withstand the stresses of high-performance engine operation.
The piston skirt features a high-tech molybdenum disulfide coating that helps reduce friction during initial operation. This coating supports faster break-in and contributes to extended piston life when the engine is properly assembled, lubricated, and maintained. The Vertex forged replica piston is developed as a direct-style OEM replacement, making it a practical choice for restoring top-end performance during scheduled engine service.
This complete Vertex top-end piston kit includes the essential components needed for installation, including the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, circlips, top-end gaskets, and cam chain. Supplied as a matched service package, the VTKTC23259B helps simplify top-end rebuilding and supports reliable fitment for compatible Kawasaki KX250F engines. Always verify year, model, and engine compatibility before installation, and follow the manufacturer’s service procedures for ring preparation, clearances, and break-in.
