Vertex Top-End Piston Kit, 95.96 mm for Honda CRF450R (VTKTC23855B)

The Vertex VTKTC23855B Top-End Piston Kit is engineered as a reliable replacement for the Honda CRF450R. This forged piston kit is manufactured from strong 2618 aluminum alloy to support durability and dependable performance in demanding riding conditions. The forged replica piston is designed as an OEM replacement, making it a practical choice for restoring top-end performance during an engine rebuild.
The piston receives a T-5 heat-treating, hardening, and tempering cycle to improve strength and resistance to operating stresses. Its skirt is coated with high-tech molybdenum disulfide, helping reduce friction during initial operation for faster break-in and contributing to extended piston service life. The 95.96 mm piston size is suited to compatible Honda CRF450R applications and should be matched to the engine specifications and service requirements before installation.
This complete Vertex top-end piston kit includes the essential components for a comprehensive piston replacement. The package contains the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, circlips, top-end gaskets, and cam chain, helping simplify parts selection for an efficient rebuild. Use the Vertex VTKTC23855B kit when dependable materials, precise replacement components, and a complete top-end solution are required for Honda CRF450R maintenance.
