Vintco Clutch Plate Kit for Kawasaki KX 250 (KCLK02)

The VINTCO KCLK02 Clutch Plate Kit is designed for Kawasaki KX 250 applications and provides the essential components needed for a complete clutch service. Each kit includes steel plates, friction plates, and clutch springs, helping simplify installation while supporting dependable fitment and performance. VINTCO uses modern materials and manufacturing techniques to deliver an aftermarket clutch solution engineered to meet or exceed OEM standards.
Cork friction plates are infused with aluminum particles to promote smooth power delivery and fade-free performance during demanding riding conditions. The steel clutch plates are designed not to expand like aluminum plates, helping maintain consistent clutch engagement as operating temperatures rise. This construction supports reliable power transfer and predictable feel throughout the clutch’s service life.
The included clutch springs are heat treated for maximum durability and long-term performance. Together, the friction plates, steel plates, and springs provide a convenient replacement package for riders and technicians seeking a straightforward clutch rebuild. Please verify vehicle compatibility before installation, as clutch kit contents and application requirements may vary by model.
Note: Maico applications use sintered bronze plates and do not include steel plates.
