Vintco Clutch Plate Kit for Suzuki (KCLS01)

The VINTCO KCLS01 Clutch Plate Kit is a complete replacement solution for select Suzuki motorcycles, helping simplify clutch service with the essential components needed for installation. Each kit includes steel plates, friction plates, and clutch springs designed to provide dependable fitment and consistent performance. VINTCO uses modern materials and manufacturing techniques to deliver an equal to or better than OEM-style replacement for riders and technicians seeking a practical clutch rebuild option.
Cork friction plates are infused with aluminum particles to support smooth power delivery and fade-resistant performance during demanding riding conditions. The steel clutch plates are designed to resist expansion and fading compared with aluminum plates, helping maintain reliable clutch engagement as operating temperatures rise. This balanced combination of friction and steel components promotes predictable clutch operation and responsive power transfer.
The included clutch springs are heat treated for extended service life and dependable tension throughout the clutch assembly’s operating cycle. The VINTCO KCLS01 kit is intended to save installation time by packaging the primary clutch replacement components together in one application-specific set. Before ordering, verify motorcycle fitment and clutch specifications to ensure compatibility. Note that Maico applications use sintered bronze plates and do not include steel plates.
