Vintco Clutch Plate Kit for Suzuki (KCLS06)

The VintCo KCLS06 Clutch Plate Kit is designed for Suzuki motorcycles and provides the essential components needed to refresh clutch performance efficiently. Each kit includes steel plates, friction plates, and clutch springs, helping simplify installation while supporting reliable fitment and operation. VintCo uses modern materials and manufacturing techniques to deliver fitment and performance that meet or exceed OEM standards where applicable.
The cork friction plates are infused with aluminum particles to promote smooth power delivery and consistent engagement. This friction material is designed to resist fade during demanding riding conditions, helping maintain dependable clutch response through repeated use. The included steel clutch plates are engineered not to expand like aluminum plates, supporting stable clutch operation as temperatures change.
Heat-treated clutch springs are included to provide extended service life and dependable clamping force. Together, the friction plates, steel plates, and springs provide a practical solution for clutch replacement or refurbishment. Note that Maico applications use sintered bronze plates and do not include steel plates; this specification applies to all Maico kits. Verify motorcycle application details before ordering to ensure the VintCo KCLS06 kit is suitable for your Suzuki model.
