Vintco Clutch Plate Kit for Yamaha YZ80 (KCLY15)

The VINTCO KCLY15 Clutch Plate Kit provides the essential components needed to restore dependable clutch performance on compatible Yamaha YZ80 motorcycles. This complete kit includes steel plates, cork friction plates, and clutch springs, helping streamline installation and eliminate the need to source individual components separately. Designed with modern materials and manufacturing techniques, the kit is engineered to provide fitment and performance comparable to or better than original equipment specifications.
The cork friction plates are infused with aluminum particles to promote smooth power delivery and consistent engagement during demanding riding conditions. Their fade-resistant design helps maintain clutch response through repeated use, making the kit a practical choice for maintenance, repair, or clutch performance restoration. The included steel plates are designed not to expand like aluminum plates, helping maintain proper clutch operation as temperatures rise.
VINTCO clutch springs are heat treated for extended service life and reliable clamping force. Together, the steel and friction plates and springs provide a convenient replacement solution for compatible Yamaha YZ80 applications. Please verify motorcycle year, model, and clutch specifications before installation to ensure the VINTCO KCLY15 kit is the correct match. This kit is intended for YZ80 applications; Maico sintered bronze plate kits are a separate configuration and do not include steel plates.
