Vintco Clutch Plate Kit for Yamaha YZ80 (KCLY18)

The VINTCO KCLY18 Clutch Plate Kit is a complete clutch replacement solution for Yamaha YZ80 motorcycles, helping simplify installation and reduce the need to source individual components. The kit includes steel plates, friction plates, and clutch springs for a convenient, service-ready package. VINTCO uses modern materials and manufacturing techniques to provide fitment and performance comparable to or better than original equipment specifications.
Cork friction plates are infused with aluminum particles to support smooth power delivery and fade-resistant performance during demanding riding conditions. The steel clutch plates are designed not to expand or fade like aluminum plates, helping maintain consistent clutch engagement and dependable operation. This combination supports predictable shifting and reliable power transfer across a wide range of riding conditions.
The included clutch springs are heat treated for extended service life and consistent clamping performance. The VINTCO KCLY18 kit is designed for riders and technicians who want a practical replacement clutch package with the essential components included. Please verify motorcycle application and model-year compatibility before installation. For Maico applications, VINTCO sintered bronze plates do not include steel plates; this exclusion applies to all Maico kits.
