Vintco Clutch Plate Kit for Yamaha YZ80 (KCLY20)

The VINTCO KCLY20 Clutch Plate Kit is a complete replacement solution for Yamaha YZ80 clutch service. Designed to help simplify installation, the kit includes steel plates, friction plates, and clutch springs so you can replace the primary clutch components in one package. VINTCO uses modern materials and manufacturing techniques to provide fitment and performance comparable to or better than original equipment specifications.
The cork friction plates are infused with aluminum particles to support smooth power delivery and consistent clutch engagement. This friction material is designed to help resist fading during demanding riding conditions, making the kit a practical choice for motocross, trail riding, and routine clutch maintenance. The included steel clutch plates are engineered not to expand and resist fading associated with aluminum plates, helping maintain dependable clutch operation as temperatures rise.
The clutch springs are heat treated for extended service life and reliable clamping force. Together, the matched components help restore clutch response and support consistent power transfer. Please note that VINTCO Maico sintered bronze plate kits are supplied without steel plates; this exclusion applies to all Maico applications and does not affect the included components for the Yamaha YZ80 application. Choose the VINTCO KCLY20 when you need a convenient, durable clutch plate kit from a brand focused on dependable motorcycle replacement parts.
