Vintco Top-End Piston Kit, 54.50 mm for Suzuki (KTS02-0.5)

Restore dependable top-end performance with the VINTCO KTS02-0.5 Top-End Piston Kit for compatible Suzuki applications. Designed using modern materials and manufacturing techniques, this kit is engineered to provide fitment and performance comparable to or better than the original equipment specification. OEM part numbers are included to help verify application compatibility before installation.
The piston is forged in Germany for increased strength and durability under demanding operating conditions. A MoS2 (molybdenum disulfide) coating helps reduce friction during initial operation, supporting a smoother break-in process when installed according to the manufacturer’s procedures. The 54.50 mm piston size is intended for the specified Suzuki engine application and should be matched against the original equipment specifications before purchase.
This complete VINTCO kit includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, retaining clips, top-end bearing, head gasket, base gasket, intake gasket, and exhaust gasket. By supplying the primary components needed for a top-end rebuild in one package, the KTS02-0.5 kit helps simplify installation and ensures that essential sealing and reciprocating components are replaced together. Follow all applicable service-manual instructions for inspection, clearance verification, assembly, and break-in.
