The Wiseco 752M04450 GP Series Piston Kit is engineered for expert racers and tuners seeking sustained performance, durability, and increased horsepower in Kawasaki KX65 and Suzuki RM65 applications. Forged from a high-silicon aluminum alloy, this piston is designed to withstand demanding trail and racing conditions while supporting improved power and torque. The kit includes a forged piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips for a complete installation solution.
The innovative forging and piston-skirt design promotes maximum horsepower and torque, while the high-tech construction supports increased compression ratios and a stiff, stable piston structure. Titanium nitride-coated rings help maintain sealing performance and contribute to longer-lasting power. Each piston receives E-coating on the crown, ring grooves, and pin bore to improve wear resistance and protect against micro-welding, galling, and detonation.
GP Series pistons generally require less external machining, helping improve bore sealing for increased compression. Boost ports are removed to provide a more predictable powerband and stronger top-end pull. Racer’s Choice pistons may allow extended service intervals compared with conventional Wiseco pistons, but they are intended for expert racers and professional tuners. Cylinder sleeves are sold separately. Verify engine application and piston clearance requirements before installation.
