Wiseco Piston Kit with Gaskets, 48.00 mm for Kawasaki KX80 (PK1150)

The Wiseco PK1150 Piston Kit with Gaskets is a complete top-end replacement solution for Kawasaki KX80 engines. This kit includes the essential components needed for one complete engine, helping simplify piston replacement and top-end service with matched Wiseco components. The 48.00 mm piston size is designed for applications requiring a precise fit and reliable performance.

Each kit includes pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, circlips, and a top-end gasket kit. Using the complete kit helps ensure that critical piston and sealing components are replaced together during service. The included gaskets support proper top-end reassembly when installed according to the engine manufacturer’s specifications and applicable service procedures.

Wiseco pistons must be fitted only with Wiseco rings. Wiseco ring types are application-specific and are not interchangeable; for example, CD rings cannot be substituted for LC rings. Verify the correct ring type and application before installation. Cylinder sleeves are not included and must be purchased separately if required for the engine rebuild. The Wiseco PK1150 is intended for Kawasaki KX80 applications and should be matched to the engine’s specific configuration before purchase.
