Wiseco Piston Kit with Gaskets, 54.00 mm for Honda CR125R (PK1164)

The Wiseco PK1164 Piston Kit with Gaskets is a complete top-end solution for select Honda CR125R engines. Designed for engine rebuilding and performance maintenance, this kit includes the essential piston components and gasket coverage needed to service one complete engine. The 54.00 mm piston size provides a precise fit for compatible applications, helping restore dependable compression, throttle response, and overall top-end performance.

Each kit includes a Wiseco piston, piston rings, wrist pin, circlips, and a top-end gasket kit. The included components are matched for use together, simplifying installation and helping ensure proper compatibility during assembly. Wiseco pistons must be fitted only with Wiseco rings, and Wiseco ring types are not interchangeable. For example, CD rings cannot be substituted for LC rings, so verify the required ring type before installation.

This Wiseco piston kit is intended for qualified engine builders, powersports technicians, and riders servicing a compatible Honda CR125R application. Always inspect the cylinder, verify piston-to-cylinder clearance, and follow the applicable service specifications before assembly. Cylinder sleeves are not included and must be purchased separately when required. Confirm the engine year, bore requirements, and ring configuration to ensure the Wiseco PK1164 kit is suitable for your rebuild.
