Wiseco Piston Kit with Gaskets, 44.50 mm for Kawasaki and Suzuki (PK1177)

The Wiseco PK1177 Piston Kit with Gaskets is a complete top-end solution for one engine, combining precision-engineered pistons with the essential components needed for piston replacement. Designed for select Kawasaki and Suzuki applications, this kit helps simplify installation by bringing together the core parts required for a dependable rebuild. The kit includes pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, circlips, and a top-end gasket kit.
Feature: Complete engine kit includes pistons, rings, wrist pins, circlips, and top-end gaskets for one complete engine. Wiseco pistons are manufactured for reliable fit, durability, and consistent performance when matched with the correct supporting components.
Feature: Application-specific design for compatible Kawasaki and Suzuki engines. The 44.50 mm piston size supports proper replacement planning, but fitment should be verified against the vehicle, engine, and manufacturer specifications before ordering.
Feature: Wiseco ring compatibility is required. Wiseco pistons must be fitted only with Wiseco rings, and Wiseco ring types are not interchangeable. For example, CD rings cannot be substituted for LC rings, so the correct ring type must be confirmed for the piston and application.
Cylinder sleeves are not included and must be purchased separately. Use the Wiseco brand and PK1177 part number when confirming compatibility with your engine and selecting replacement components. Professional installation is recommended, including careful inspection of the cylinder, piston clearance, ring end gap, wrist pin fit, and gasket surfaces before assembly.
