Wiseco Piston Kit with Gaskets, 54.00 mm for Yamaha YZ125 (PK1191)

Restore top-end performance with the Wiseco PK1191 Piston Kit with Gaskets, designed for select Yamaha YZ125 applications. This complete kit includes the key components needed for a piston replacement, helping streamline engine service and support dependable performance. The 54.00 mm piston size is engineered for compatible Yamaha YZ125 cylinder specifications, making proper application verification essential before installation.
The kit includes Wiseco pistons, matching Wiseco rings, wrist pins, circlips, and a top-end gasket kit for one complete engine. Using the included components together helps ensure proper fit and function during assembly. Wiseco pistons must be fitted only with Wiseco rings, and Wiseco ring types are not interchangeable. For example, CD rings cannot be substituted for LC rings, so always confirm the correct ring type for the piston and application.
Cylinder sleeves are not included and must be purchased separately when required for the engine rebuild. Before installation, inspect the cylinder, confirm clearance specifications, and follow the manufacturer’s service procedures for ring orientation, piston installation, circlip seating, and gasket placement. The Wiseco PK1191 provides a convenient solution for refreshing the top end of a compatible Yamaha YZ125 engine with matched replacement components from a trusted performance brand.
