Wiseco Piston Kit with Gaskets for Suzuki RM85, 48.00 mm (PK1206)

Upgrade the top end of your Suzuki RM85 with the Wiseco PK1206 Piston Kit with Gaskets. This complete piston kit is designed for one complete engine and includes the essential components needed for a dependable piston replacement, helping simplify top-end service and reduce the need to source individual parts separately. The kit features a 48.00 mm piston size for compatible Suzuki RM85 applications.
The Wiseco PK1206 kit includes pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, circlips, and a top-end gasket kit. These matched components support proper piston installation and provide the key hardware required during engine assembly. The included gaskets help complete the top-end rebuild while maintaining a clean, organized installation process.
For correct performance and compatibility, Wiseco pistons must be fitted only with Wiseco rings. Wiseco ring types are not interchangeable, so verify the required ring specification before installation; CD rings, for example, are not interchangeable with LC rings. Always confirm application details and follow the manufacturer’s installation procedures, clearances, and break-in recommendations.
Cylinder sleeves are not included and must be purchased separately when required for the rebuild. Choose the Wiseco PK1206 Piston Kit when replacing the piston assembly on a compatible Suzuki RM85 and seeking a complete, application-specific top-end kit from a recognized performance engine component brand.
