Wiseco Piston Kit with Gaskets for Suzuki RM85, 50.00 mm (PK1209)

Upgrade the top end of your Suzuki RM85 with the Wiseco PK1209 Piston Kit with Gaskets. This complete piston kit is designed to support a full engine rebuild and includes the essential components needed for piston replacement, helping simplify installation and maintain dependable engine performance. The kit includes pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, circlips, and a top-end gasket kit for one complete engine.
Wiseco pistons must be used with Wiseco rings to ensure proper compatibility and fit. Wiseco ring types are not interchangeable, so verify the required ring specification before installation; CD rings cannot be substituted for LC rings, and vice versa. Following the correct component pairing helps support proper sealing, compression, and reliable operation.
The Wiseco PK1209 is engineered for the Suzuki RM85 and features a 50.00 mm piston size. Cylinder sleeves are not included and must be purchased separately if required for the rebuild. Always inspect the cylinder, confirm the correct clearance, and follow the manufacturer’s installation procedures before assembly. With its coordinated piston, ring, wrist pin, circlip, and gasket components, this Wiseco kit provides a convenient solution for refreshing the complete top end of one engine.
