Wiseco Piston Kit with Gaskets, 77.00 mm for Honda (PK1223)

The Wiseco PK1223 Piston Kit with Gaskets provides the essential components for a complete engine top-end rebuild on compatible Honda applications. This kit includes a piston, piston rings, wrist pin, circlips, and a top-end gasket kit for one complete engine. Designed as a convenient replacement solution, it helps simplify installation by combining key piston and sealing components in one package.
The piston measures 77.00 mm and is engineered for dependable fitment and performance when matched to the correct Honda application. Wiseco replacement ring styles are application-specific and must not be interchanged. For proper service and reliable sealing, always confirm that the ring type matches the piston and engine requirements before installation.
The correct replacement ring style is stamped on the piston dome. Markings may identify the compatible series, such as “C” for XC, “G” for XG, or “H” for XH. Cylinder sleeves are not included and must be purchased separately when required for the rebuild. Carefully inspect the piston marking and verify application details before ordering or beginning assembly.
Use the Wiseco brand and PK1223 part number when confirming compatibility with your Honda engine. Professional installation and adherence to the engine manufacturer’s service procedures are recommended for proper clearance, ring orientation, gasket placement, and break-in performance.
