Wiseco Piston Kit with Gaskets, 64.00 mm for KTM 200 EXC/MXC (PK1369)

The Wiseco PK1369 Piston Kit with Gaskets is a complete top-end solution for compatible KTM 200 EXC and MXC engines. Designed for engine rebuilding and performance maintenance, this kit includes the essential piston components and gasket materials needed to service one complete engine. The 64.00 mm piston size provides a precise fit for applications specified by Wiseco, helping support reliable compression, efficient combustion, and consistent engine operation.
The kit includes pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, circlips, and a top-end gasket kit. Each component is selected to work together as part of a complete piston replacement system, simplifying installation and reducing the need to source individual parts separately. The included gasket kit helps support proper sealing during top-end assembly when installed according to the engine manufacturer's service procedures.
Wiseco pistons must be fitted only with Wiseco rings. Wiseco ring types are not interchangeable, so verify the required ring type before installation; CD rings, for example, are not interchangeable with LC rings. Correct ring selection and proper installation are essential for piston performance, break-in, and engine longevity. Cylinder sleeves are not included and must be purchased separately when required for the application.
Before ordering or installing the Wiseco PK1369, confirm compatibility with your specific KTM 200 EXC or MXC model, engine configuration, piston clearance requirements, and ring specification. Professional installation and adherence to the applicable service manual are recommended for accurate measurements, correct assembly, and dependable results.
