Wiseco Piston Kit with Gaskets, 96.00 mm, Kawasaki (PK1403)

The Wiseco PK1403 Piston Kit with Gaskets is a complete top-end solution for select Kawasaki engines. Designed for one complete engine, this kit includes the essential components needed to support piston replacement and top-end service, helping simplify installation and ensure compatibility with Wiseco piston systems. The piston diameter is 96.00 mm, making this kit suitable for applications specified for that size.
The kit includes pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, circlips, and a top-end gasket kit. Each component is selected to work together as part of a complete Wiseco piston assembly, providing a convenient option for engine rebuilding, maintenance, or performance-related service. The included gasket kit supports proper sealing during top-end reassembly when installed according to the engine manufacturer’s specifications.
Wiseco ring types are application-specific and are not interchangeable. For example, CD rings cannot be substituted for LC rings. Wiseco pistons must be fitted only with compatible Wiseco rings to help maintain proper fit, sealing, and operating performance. Verify the piston, ring type, and engine application before installation. Cylinder sleeves are not included and must be purchased separately when required.
The Wiseco PK1403 combines the brand’s piston components and top-end gaskets in one service-ready package for Kawasaki applications. Always follow the appropriate service manual, confirm engine compatibility, and use proper installation procedures when replacing piston assemblies.
