Wiseco Piston Kit with Gaskets, 68.00 mm for Yamaha WR/YZ 250 (PK1563)

The Wiseco PK1563 Piston Kit with Gaskets is a complete top-end replacement solution for select Yamaha WR 250 and YZ 250 engines. Designed to support a reliable rebuild, this kit includes the essential piston components and top-end gasket kit needed for one complete engine. The 68.00 mm piston size provides a precise fit for compatible applications, making it a practical choice for engine maintenance, restoration, or performance-focused repairs.
The kit includes a Wiseco piston, piston rings, wrist pins, circlips, and a top-end gasket kit. Wiseco pistons must be used with Wiseco rings, and Wiseco ring types are not interchangeable. Confirm the required ring type for your application before installation; CD rings, for example, cannot be substituted for LC rings. Following the correct component specifications helps support proper sealing, compression, and piston performance.
This Wiseco piston kit is intended for qualified installation and should be matched to the engine’s exact application and bore requirements. Cylinder sleeves are not included and must be purchased separately when required. Verify engine compatibility, piston clearance, ring selection, and gasket fitment before assembly. With its coordinated selection of top-end components, the Wiseco PK1563 helps simplify the rebuild process while maintaining compatibility with supported Yamaha WR/YZ 250 engines.
