Wiseco Piston Kit with Gaskets, 68.00 mm for Yamaha WR/YZ 250 (PK1567)

The Wiseco PK1567 Piston Kit with Gaskets is a complete top-end replacement solution for select Yamaha WR and YZ 250 engines. Designed for dependable performance and a precise fit, this kit includes the essential components needed to refresh the piston assembly and support a professional engine rebuild. The piston kit is engineered for applications requiring a 68.00 mm piston size and is suitable for use in compatible Yamaha two-stroke models.
The kit includes a Wiseco piston, matching piston rings, wrist pin, circlips, and a top-end gasket kit for one complete engine. By combining these components in a single package, the Wiseco PK1567 helps simplify top-end service and ensures that the included parts are designed to work together. Always confirm vehicle year, model, engine specifications, and piston requirements before installation.
Wiseco pistons must be used only with Wiseco rings. Wiseco ring types are application-specific and are not interchangeable; for example, CD rings must not be substituted for LC rings or other ring designs. Using the correct Wiseco ring type is essential for proper fit, sealing, and engine operation. Cylinder sleeves are not included and must be purchased separately when required for the rebuild.
For installation, follow the applicable Yamaha service procedures and Wiseco recommendations, including piston orientation, ring placement, clearance checks, and gasket preparation. The Wiseco PK1567 is a practical choice for replacing worn top-end components while maintaining compatibility with the specified Yamaha WR and YZ 250 applications.
