Wiseco Piston Kit with Gaskets, 54.00 mm for Kawasaki KX125 (PK1608)

The Wiseco PK1608 Piston Kit with Gaskets is a complete top-end replacement solution for select Kawasaki KX125 applications. This kit includes the essential components needed for one complete engine rebuild, helping simplify installation and support reliable performance. The 54.00 mm piston size is designed for compatible Kawasaki KX125 cylinder configurations and provides a convenient package for professional technicians and experienced powersports enthusiasts.
The kit includes a Wiseco piston, piston rings, wrist pin, circlips, and a top-end gasket kit. For proper fitment and performance, Wiseco pistons must be used with Wiseco rings. Wiseco ring types are application-specific and are not interchangeable; for example, CD rings cannot be substituted for LC rings. Always verify the required ring type and application before installation to ensure the piston, rings, and cylinder work together correctly.
Cylinder sleeves are not included and must be purchased separately when required for the rebuild. Inspect the cylinder, connecting rod, wrist pin bore, and related components before assembly, and follow the applicable Kawasaki service procedures and Wiseco installation recommendations. The Wiseco PK1608 combines key top-end components in one package, making it a practical choice for restoring compatible Kawasaki KX125 engines.
