Wiseco Piston Kit with Gaskets, 48.50 mm for Kawasaki KX85 (PK1762)

The Wiseco PK1762 Piston Kit with Gaskets is a complete top-end solution for compatible Kawasaki KX85 engines. This kit includes the essential components needed to replace the piston assembly and refresh the top end, including a piston, piston rings, wrist pin, circlips, and a top-end gasket kit for one complete engine. Designed for dependable fit and performance, the kit helps streamline installation by bringing the primary replacement parts together in one package.
Wiseco pistons must be fitted only with matching Wiseco rings. Wiseco ring types are not interchangeable, so verify the required ring designation before installation; for example, CD rings cannot be substituted for LC rings. Using the correct ring type is essential for proper piston fit, sealing, and engine operation. Always compare the application and service requirements before beginning assembly.
This Wiseco piston kit is intended for Kawasaki KX85 applications and features a 48.50 mm piston size. Cylinder sleeves are not included and must be purchased separately if required for the engine rebuild. Follow the engine manufacturer’s service procedures and Wiseco installation recommendations for inspection, clearance measurements, ring installation, and break-in. The PK1762 provides a practical replacement package for riders, technicians, and builders completing a Kawasaki KX85 top-end service.
