Wiseco Racer Elite Pro Series Piston Kit, 78.00 mm for GasGas, Husqvarna and KTM (REP804M07800)

The Wiseco Racer Elite Pro Series Piston Kit, part number REP804M07800, is engineered for demanding track and high-performance applications. Forged from high-tensile 2618 aluminum alloy, this piston is built to deliver exceptional strength, durability and longevity under intense operating conditions. Its advanced design helps support consistent performance when exposed to elevated temperatures and severe engine loads.
The crown and pin feature Wiseco ArmorPlating surface treatment, which helps protect against extreme heat and harsh operating conditions. An ArmorFit skirt coating is designed to conform to the cylinder bore, promoting an optimized fit while reducing friction. Together, these technologies help improve piston durability and support dependable operation throughout the engine’s service life.
Lateral gas ports help improve ring seal and reduce blow-by, while the precision-lapped compression ring is engineered to provide a tighter ring-to-groove seal. The included DLC wrist pin offers ultra-low friction and high wear resistance for enhanced reliability in demanding applications. This Wiseco piston kit is made in the USA and is designed for compatible GasGas, Husqvarna and KTM engines requiring a 78.00 mm piston.
