Wiseco Racer Elite Pro Series Piston Kit, 88.00 mm for GasGas, Husqvarna and KTM (REP816M08800)

The Wiseco Racer Elite Pro Series Piston Kit, part number REP816M08800, is engineered for demanding track and high-performance applications involving GasGas, Husqvarna, and KTM engines. Built from high-tensile 2618 aluminum alloy, this forged piston provides the strength and durability needed to withstand intense operating conditions while supporting reliable performance and extended service life. Its race-focused design is suited for riders and builders seeking dependable piston performance under severe engine loads.
ArmorPlating™ surface treatment protects the piston crown and pin from extreme heat and harsh operating conditions. The ArmorFit™ skirt coating conforms to the cylinder bore to promote a precise fit and help reduce friction during operation. Together, these technologies support smooth piston movement, improved durability, and consistent performance in demanding applications.
Lateral gas ports help improve ring seal and reduce blow-by, while the precision-lapped compression ring is designed to create a tighter seal between the ring and groove. The included DLC wrist pin delivers ultra-low friction and high wear resistance for added durability in high-performance service. This Wiseco piston kit is manufactured in the USA and provides a carefully engineered solution for GasGas, Husqvarna, and KTM applications requiring an 88.00 mm piston.
