Wossner Piston Kit, 94.95 mm for Gas Gas and KTM (4070DA)

Upgrade your Gas Gas or KTM engine with the Wossner 4070DA Piston Kit, engineered for dependable performance, reduced friction, and long service life. This high-quality piston kit is forged from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy to deliver an excellent balance of strength, durability, and reduced weight for demanding riding conditions. The 94.95 mm piston is designed for compatible applications requiring precise fitment and consistent engine performance.
The piston features a permanent skirt coating that helps reduce friction and piston rock, supporting quieter operation and improved response. Optimized machining removes unnecessary material while maintaining strength in critical areas, including the crown and skirt wall cross-section. This design helps promote efficient reciprocating performance without compromising durability under engine stress.
Each Wossner 4070DA kit includes the essential components needed for installation: one piston, piston rings, a wrist pin, and retaining clips. Precision manufacturing and carefully selected materials make this kit a practical choice for engine rebuilding, performance maintenance, or replacement of worn piston components. Verify vehicle, engine, and bore specifications before installation to ensure compatibility with your Gas Gas or KTM application.
