Wossner Piston Kit, 85.93 mm, Kawasaki (8228DA)

Upgrade your Kawasaki engine with the Wossner 8228DA Piston Kit, engineered for dependable performance, reduced friction, and long-lasting durability. This piston is forged from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy to provide an excellent balance of strength and light weight for demanding applications. The 85.93 mm piston diameter is designed for compatible Kawasaki engine configurations and should be verified against your specific application before installation.
The piston features a permanent skirt coating that helps reduce friction and piston rock, supporting quieter operation and improved engine performance. Optimized machining removes unnecessary material while maintaining strength in critical areas, including the piston crown and skirt wall cross section. This construction helps promote responsive engine performance while preserving durability under operating loads.
Each Wossner 8228DA piston kit includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and retaining clips for a convenient installation package. Precision-focused manufacturing and carefully selected materials make this kit a suitable choice for engine rebuilding, performance maintenance, or replacement applications. Always follow the manufacturer’s installation procedures and verify clearances, ring orientation, and compatibility before assembly.
