Wossner Piston Kit 51.95 mm Big Bore 105cc for KTM 85 SX, Husqvarna TC 85 and GasGas MC 85 (8329DA)

Upgrade a compatible 105cc big-bore engine with the Wossner 8329DA Piston Kit, engineered for select KTM 85 SX, Husqvarna TC 85, and GasGas MC 85 models. This performance-focused piston kit is designed for applications updated to a 105cc big-bore displacement and includes the piston, rings, wrist pin, and retaining clips for a complete installation solution. Verify vehicle fitment and engine specifications before ordering.
The Wossner piston is forged from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy to provide a strong, lightweight foundation for high-performance use. Optimized machining removes unnecessary material while maintaining strength in critical areas, including the crown and skirt wall cross section. This construction helps support reliable operation without compromising the durability required for demanding riding conditions.
A permanent skirt coating helps reduce friction and piston rock, promoting quieter operation and improved performance. The 51.95 mm piston is intended for a cylinder measuring exactly 52.00 mm. Accurate cylinder measurement is essential for proper clearance and installation, so confirm the bore size and follow the engine manufacturer’s service procedures before assembly. The Wossner 8329DA delivers a precisely engineered replacement solution for compatible big-bore two-stroke applications.
